Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator with strong knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing systems to coordinate MEP drawings and requirements from the office. The candidate will work closely with the Architecture, Projects, Civil and other technical teams to ensure proper coordination and timely completion of drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate MEP activities and drawings for residential / real estate projects.
- Review and coordinate Electrical and Plumbing drawings with architectural and civil drawings.
- Coordinate with the Architecture Department for drawing integration, revisions and design requirements.
- Identify and resolve MEP clashes, discrepancies and design conflicts with architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors and project teams.
- Ensure MEP drawings are aligned with project specifications, layouts and site requirements.
- Review drawings and provide necessary inputs for Electrical, Plumbing and MEP services.
- Track drawing revisions and ensure the latest approved drawings are circulated to the concerned teams.
- Coordinate for RFI, technical clarifications and drawing-related issues.




- Support the project team in resolving MEP-related technical and coordination issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions and MEP coordination details.
- Coordinate with site teams to understand execution requirements and resolve drawing-related issues.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of MEP drawings as per project schedules.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing systems.
- Positive understanding of MEP coordination with Architecture and Civil drawings.
- Experience in drawing review, coordination and clash identification.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP / BIM will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, electrical, plumbing and MEP drawings.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Residential Projects is preferred.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical MEP-related disciplines.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination.
- Candidates with experience in residential buildings, apartments, villas or real estate projects will be preferred.
