About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN / Full-Stack Web Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications. You will be responsible for taking features from initial concept to production, working on real-time features, secure payment processing, and robust backend architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Express.js, and JavaScript.
- Build responsive, modern user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
- Design, optimize, and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL.
- Implement real-time, bi-directional communication features using WebSockets.
- Integrate third-party Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal) with strong error handling and security checks.
- Implement Security Operations (SecOps) best practices, including authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth), data encryption, CORS policies, rate limiting, and protection against common web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).
- Write clean,



maintainable code with clear documentation and proper unit/integration testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architectures, and release features.

Qualifications & Skills

- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and state management, along with hands-on experience using Tailwind CSS for up-to-date UI design.
- Backend: Expertise in building RESTful APIs using Express.js and Node.js.
- Database: Strong experience with relational databases, schema design, and query optimization in PostgreSQL.
- Real-time Networking: Practical experience implementing WebSockets (e.g., Socket.io or native WebSockets) for real-time data streaming and features.
- Integrations: Experience integrating end-to-end Payment Gateways and handling Webhook events securely.
- Security & Operations: Working knowledge of modern Security Operations, secure coding standards, token management, and defensive API design.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Docker and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
