Key Resp o nsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads and membership enquiries. Underst and clients’ fitness and wellness requirements and recommend suitable memberships. Conduct studio tours and explain Utsaah’s fitness, wellness and recovery offerings. Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into memberships. Build a nd maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members. Maintai n regular follow-ups and manage the lead pipeline. Achieve monthly membership targets. Maintai n accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.



Coordin ate with the studio team to ensure a smooth client experience.* Identif y opportunities for membership renewals, upgrades and referrals.

What We’

r e Looking For
- 1–3 ye a rs of experience in membership consulting, fitness, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role. Excelle nt communication and interpersonal skills. Confide nt and comfortable interacting with premium clientele. Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities. Target-

oriented with a proactive approach. Valuable ne gotiation and convincing skills. Present able and professional personality.
