Job Summary

As a CMA India Mentor at Lakshya, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting CMA India students on their journey toward becoming certified professionals. You’ll be responsible for offering comprehensive mentorship, helping students reach their CMA India certification goals through teaching, coaching, and ongoing support. Working individually or with groups, you’ll help students enhance their accounting and finance knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions covering all CMA India exam subjects and syllabus areas.

- Develop personalized study plans tailored to each student’s strengths and areas for improvement.

- Monitor students' progress regularly and adjust study plans as needed.

- Provide guidance on exam preparation strategies, time management, and effective study habits.

- Address students' questions on the CMA India curriculum, exam structure, and practical experience requirements.

- Stay current with CMA India syllabus updates to provide accurate, relevant information.

- Organize and lead mock exams and practice sessions to replicate real exam settings.

- Offer constructive feedback on mock exam performance and recommend areas for improvement.





- Assist students in finding relevant work experience opportunities to meet practical experience requirements.

- Collaborate with fellow mentors and educators to share best practices and enhance program quality.

- Participate in CMA India events and seminars to stay connected with the CMA India community and industry trends.

- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and mentorship activities.

- This role requires a solid commitment to student success and continuous improvement, contributing to the overall excellence of the CMA India program at Lakshya.

Skills &

Competencies Required

- Must have cleared at least one group in CMA India Intermediate.

- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.

- Passionate about supporting CMA India aspirants in their learning journey.
