Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP site activities.

- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and interior teams.

- Review MEP drawings and identify site clashes or technical issues.

- Manage MEP subcontractors, manpower, materials, and work progress.

- Check quantities, material requirements, measurements, and subcontractor bills.

- Supervise electrical wiring, DBs, panels, lighting, earthing, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting installations.

- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays or site issues.

- Ensure quality, safety, and proper completion of MEP works.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical,



Mechanical, or related engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of MEP site execution experience.

- Positive knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire-Fighting systems.

- Ability to read MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants/subcontractors.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in commercial, residential, retail, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
