Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Medical Officer to provide high-quality medical care to patients. The Medical Officer will be responsible for assessing patients, diagnosing and managing medical conditions, prescribing appropriate treatment, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations, medical examinations, and clinical assessments.
- Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established medical guidelines.
- Order and interpret relevant laboratory tests, imaging, and other investigations.
- Provide appropriate emergency and first-aid care when required.
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records.
- Provide patients and their families with appropriate counselling regarding diagnosis, treatment, medications, and preventive healthcare.
- Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, laboratory personnel, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols,



infection-control practices, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Participate in health promotion, preventive healthcare, and patient education activities.
- Maintain professional standards, ethical conduct, and patient confidentiality.
- Complete clinical documentation and other administrative responsibilities as required.

Qualifications
- Valid registration Gujarat Medical Council.
- Previous clinical experience is of atleaset 6 Month is preferred;
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient safety, professional ethics, and quality healthcare.
