Job Title: Medical documentation Executive / Medical Typist

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Documentation Executive / Medical Typist to prepare, type, organize, and maintain accurate medical and hospital-related documents. The candidate should have good typing speed, attention to detail, basic knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Type and prepare medical reports, case sheets, discharge summaries, prescriptions, and other hospital documents.
- Accurately enter patient and medical information into hospital records/software.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are complete and error-free.
- Review documents for spelling, formatting, and data-entry errors.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.




- Organize and maintain physical and digital medical records.
- Complete documentation within the required timelines.

Required Skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential patient information responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, or healthcare organization will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in medical documentation or medical typing will have an advantage.
