Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Doctor role based at RML Hospital in New Delhi.

The Medical

Doctor will perform patient consultations, conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines. The role includes prescribing medications, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Doctor will also provide patient education, participate in case discussions and clinical meetings,



and support hospital protocols related to quality, safety, and infection control.

Qualifications

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license/registration to practice in India.
- Clinical experience in hospital or clinical settings, with competency in diagnosing and managing common medical conditions.
- Robust patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient safety.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and follow hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple cases, and participate in rotational duties or shifts as needed.
- Commitment to continuous learning, participation in clinical audits or training, and openness to adopting new medical practices.
- Experience in internal medicine, emergency care, or relevant specialty is an advantage.
