What We're Looking Forn

- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in media buying/performance marketing
n
- Robust experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
n
- Practical experience in App Arbitrage and/or Website Arbitrage
n
- Ability to launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns
n
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and other performance metrics
n
- Experience with campaign testing, audience targeting, creatives, bidding, and budget optimization
n
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make optimization decisions
n
- Ability to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROI

- Plan, launch,



and manage campaigns across Google and Meta

- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization

- Test different audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies
