Reporting To: HOD – Maintenance

Qualification

- 3-Year Diploma / ITI in Fitter or Electrical Trade.

Experience

- 7–8 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair and maintain P.P.R., UPVC, M.S. and S.S. pipelines.
- Perform various welding, fabrication, brazing and fitting work.
- Repair and maintain different types of pumps and motors.
- Replace motor bearings during preventive maintenance.
- Carry out air cylinder seal replacement and pneumatic maintenance.
- Perform preventive maintenance of Assembly and Moulding equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records as per ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping and hygiene standards.




- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure minimum equipment downtime.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
- Welding, fitting, pump and motor maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of 5S, safety and ISO documentation.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
