- Read and understand General Arrangement (GA) drawings and panel layout drawings.

- Assemble electrical control panel enclosures and structures.

- Perform marking, drilling, cutting, tapping, and panel fabrication work.

- Mount electrical components such as MCBs, contactors, drives, PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, and busbars as per drawings.

- Install cable ducts, DIN rails, gland plates, cooling fans, and other panel accessories.

- Carry out busbar fitting and support assembly when required.

- Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality of assembled panels.

- Coordinate with wiremen for smooth panel wiring activities.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping in the work area.

- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

- Complete assigned work within scheduled timelines.

Required Skills





- Ability to read GA drawings and panel layouts.

- Knowledge of panel assembly and fabrication processes.

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, drilling, and cutting machines.

- Understanding of electrical panel components and mounting practices.

- Good measuring and fitting skills.

- Basic knowledge of busbar assembly.

Educational Qualification

- ITI Fitter / ITI Welder / ITI Electrician

- Diploma holders may also apply.

Experience

- Fresher to 5 years of experience in electrical control panel manufacturing and assembly.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
