JOB VACANCY – MECHANICAL ENGINEER / CNC SETTING & PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Micro Ring Industries is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for CNC Machine Setting, Production & Quality Supervision.

Position: Mechanical Engineer – CNC Setting & Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- CNC machine setting, tool setting and parameter adjustment
- Supervise CNC production during night shift
- Monitor production as per production plan
- Ensure quality of components and in-process inspection
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments
- Monitor rejection, rework and productivity
- Handle CNC machine setting and minor process corrections
- Ensure proper 5S, safety and discipline on the shop floor
- Guide and supervise CNC operators
- Maintain production and quality records

Shift Night Shift – 12 Hours





Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in CNC Turning / CNC Production / CNC Setting preferred
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments required

Experience

2–5 Years preferred in CNC production/setting.
