- Responsible for machine installation, assembly, commissioning, and testing.

- Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines.

- Inspect and maintain mechanical components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.

- Identify mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs and corrective actions.

- Ensure proper machine performance, reliability, and efficiency.

- Plan and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance records.

- Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.

- Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate for their availability.

- Supervise machine assembly, fabrication, and mechanical fitting work.

- Install and troubleshoot pneumatic and other mechanical systems.

- Perform basic troubleshooting of servo motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other machine components.

- Conduct machine testing, trial runs, and final commissioning.

- Provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service support at customer sites.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
