Position: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills
- NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Virar, Wada, Palghar, and nearby areas. Office bus facility available for candidates residing in Virar.

Job Purpose: To ensure smooth and reliable operation of all plant machinery through preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, machine improvement, spare management, and effective coordination with vendors/OEMs.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical machine maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, shafts, couplings, lubrication systems, etc.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and machine manuals.
- Basic understanding of electrical/PLC-related machine issues will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of RCA / 5-Why methodology.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and maintenance documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidate should be comfortable with hands-on machine maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
- Experience in machine purchase, installation/commissioning or OEM coordination will be an added advantage.
