Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer technical requirements, specifications, and applications.

- Recommend suitable mechanical products and engineering solutions based on customer requirements.

- Prepare technical quotations, proposals, BOMs, and product specifications.

- Review drawings, technical documents, and customer specifications.

- Work with the sales team to provide technical support during customer meetings.

- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.

- Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and engineering teams for technical requirements.

- Support product selection, sizing, and basic calculations.

- Handle customer technical queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Assist with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and application support when required.

- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical information and product specifications.

- Visit customer sites for technical discussions, application studies, and troubleshooting when required.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.





- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical specifications.

- Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks is preferred.

- Understanding of mechanical components, equipment, and industrial applications.

- Basic knowledge of engineering calculations, material selection, tolerances, and dimensions.

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.

- Experience with product selection, sizing, and technical proposal preparation.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- 0–5 years of experience in Mechanical Application Engineering / Technical Sales / Design Engineering.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable with customer meetings and site visits.

- Ability to work closely with sales and technical teams.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
