Job Summary

Responsible for counselling prospective students and guiding them through the MBA admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment. The role involves understanding students career goals,

recommending suitable MBA programs, following up with leads, and achieving admission/enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding MBA programs, specializations, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

Understand students academic background, career aspirations, and preferences.

Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

Explain the complete admission process, documentation, entrance requirements, and timelines.





Convert qualified leads into applications and admissions.

Maintain accurate records in CRM/lead-management systems.

Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.

Achieve monthly counselling, application, and admission targets.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

Stay updated on MBA programs, admission trends, entrance exams, and competing institutions.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Robust counselling and interpersonal skills.

Sales/lead-conversion orientation.

Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Qualification

Bachelors degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
