Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Create and implement daily and unit lesson plans using school templates that break down complex math concepts into simple, understandable terms.
- Student Assessment: Design formative and summative assessments, grade assignments and quizzes on time, and track academic progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, positive, and orderly learning environment suited for mixed-ability learners.
- Remedial Support: Identify individual learning gaps and provide extra help or alternative explanations for slow learners.
- Parent Communication: Meet with parents during structured Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

Key Requirements
- Qualifications: Graduate or Post-graduate degree in Mathematics (B.Sc./M.Sc.), paired with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience (typically 1 to 4 years) in a recognized CBSE school setting is heavily preferred, though high-potential
- Skills: Strong subject knowledge, clear verbal communication, patience, and comfort using digital classroom tools or school ERP software
