Role Description The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and user engagement for SaathApp. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, supporting sales campaigns, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and coordinating promotional activities. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective customer communication.

Specialist will also interact with users to gather feedback, support customer service efforts,



and identify opportunities for growth in local and regional markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar Sharif.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage users, address inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, segment audiences, and design effective campaigns.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and partnership development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product, operations, and support teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing) is highly beneficial.
