Job Summary The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business opportunities, increasing sales revenue, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding the companys market presence. The role includes strategic planning, client handling, market analysis, and coordination with internal departments for smooth execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Participate in exhibitions, client meetings,
and business development activities.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
