Role & responsibilities

1. Plan and execute school marketing and outreach programmes.

2. Visit schools, communities, institutions and prominent local establishments.

3. Interact with parents and prospective families and generate admission leads.

4. Promote the school, its vision, academic programmes and facilities.

5. Organise and support admission campaigns, events and promotional activities.

6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and the local community.

7. Represent the school during exhibitions, events and outreach programmes.

8. Maintain daily activity reports, lead records and MIS.

9. Work towards achieving admission and outreach targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing qualification will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Fluent in Hindi and English.

- Confident, presentable and persuasive personality.

- Comfortable with field work, local travel and meeting people.

- Candidates with experience in school admissions, education marketing, sales or outreach will be preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to work in the field may also apply.
