Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing MIS Coordinator to manage sales and marketing data, prepare MIS reports, track business performance and support the marketing team with accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing/sales MIS reports.

- Track enquiries, leads, orders, sales and customer follow-ups.

- Maintain and update customer and sales databases.

- Prepare dashboards, presentations and management reports.

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production and other departments for data collection.

- Monitor targets vs. achievements and highlight gaps.

- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and business opportunities.

- Support the marketing team in data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

- Excellent Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts and dashboards.

- Good analytical and reporting skills.

- Solid coordination and communication skills.

- Knowledge of PowerPoint and MIS reporting.

- Experience in automobile Only

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
