We are hiring Marketing Operations Manager for a Real Estate Developers Firm.

Job Location: Residency Road, Bengaluru

Department: Marketing

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a Real Estate Developer/ Mandate Form or Real Estate Marketing Agency.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration

Salary: ₹7–9 LPA

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and execute marketing activities for multiple real estate projects.

● Manage the production and deployment of marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, signage, sales kits, EDMs and digital creatives.

● Coordinate with creative, digital, media, event, printing, production and outdoor advertising agencies.

● Supervise on-ground branding and marketing execution at project sites, events, exhibitions & channel partner meets.

● Manage vendor onboarding, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, invoices and payment follow-ups.

● Maintain project-wise marketing budgets, expense trackers and spend reports.

● Ensure all campaigns and collaterals are delivered within the approved budget and timelines.

● Coordinate with sales teams, project teams, CRM teams and external partners to understand marketing requirements.

● Support project launches, site activations, customer engagement events, channel partner events and lead-generation campaigns.





● Monitor inventory and distribution of marketing materials across project sites and sales offices.

● Conduct regular quality checks to ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

● Track campaign execution, lead flow and marketing performance in coordination with digital and sales teams.

● Prepare MIS reports, campaign updates, vendor trackers & periodic marketing reports.

● Ensure all real estate advertisements and marketing materials comply with applicable RERA and brand guidelines.

● Identify operational gaps and establish processes to improve execution speed, cost efficiency and accountability.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

● Strong understanding of real estate marketing, project launches, site branding, lead-generation campaigns & customer events.

● Proven experience in managing agencies, printers, fabricators, event partners and other vendors.

● Experience in marketing budgeting, cost tracking, invoice management & payment coordination.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & marketing reporting tools.

● Willingness to travel to project sites & oversee on-ground execution.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven setting.

● Ability to take complete ownership of assignments from planning through execution.

● Well-connected with real estate marketing, printing, fabrication, event & outdoor advertising vendors in Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
