About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager – ATL & BTL to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing initiatives across traditional media, digital platforms, and on-ground activations.

Job Details:

Location: Baner, Pune.

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated ATL and BTL marketing strategies aligned with Sellability’s business objectives and brand positioning.
- Plan and manage ATL campaigns across outdoor advertising, print, radio, and other relevant media channels.
- Execute BTL activities, including on-ground activations, property exhibitions, events, promotional campaigns, and local market outreach.
- Develop and manage marketing calendars, campaign plans, budgets, and execution timelines.
- Identify, coordinate,



and negotiate with advertising agencies, media partners, event organisers, and marketing vendors.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to plan targeted marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and brand communication across channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing expenditure, lead generation, and return on marketing investment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, brand consistency, and measurable business outcomes.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Graduation in marketing discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
