Job Purpose To develop and implement marketing strategies for welding consumables, increase brand visibility, generate business opportunities, support sales growth, and strengthen customer relationships across target markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing plans for welding electrodes, welding wires, fluxes, and related products.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Visit customers, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients to promote products and collect market feedback.
- Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, brochures, and technical literature.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Analyze sales and marketing data and submit periodic reports to management.
- Support branding and digital marketing initiatives.





Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing/sales of welding consumables, welding equipment, industrial products, or related manufacturing industry.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of welding consumables and industrial markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team management and leadership abilities.
- Market analysis and business development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
