About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Manager to drive B2B marketing and customer acquisition across hospitals, businesses, general merchants and other institutional customers. The role will involve direct customer engagement while closely coordinating with distributors to expand market reach and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B marketing and sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify, approach and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, small businesses, institutions, general merchants and other potential customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Manage existing B2B customers, understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for product availability, order fulfilment and market expansion.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations and regular follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities for bulk orders, institutional sales, customised products and recurring business.
- Track enquiries, quotations, orders, collections and customer feedback.




- Coordinate with sales, procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular reports on leads, conversions, sales and customer development.

Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, institutional sales or customer relationship management.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, healthcare institutions, SMEs, general trade or other B2B customers will be preferred.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain customer and distributor relationships.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire customers and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial orientation with a willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- MBA in Marketing / International Management or a similar qualification preferred.
- Experience in Technical textile, FMCG, hygiene, healthcare, personal care, consumer products or related industries will be an advantage.
