Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and agile Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies and market expansion efforts. The candidate will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and B2B marketing campaigns across architectural, developer, and main contractor networks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Plan: Formulate and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies tailored to the architectural and structural facade industry.
Product & Brand Promotion: Drive promotional and go-to-market activities for architectural glass, window systems, Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP), curtain walls, and high-pressure laminates (HPL).
Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Develop targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads from real estate developers, architects, facade consultants, and general contractors.
Content & Collateral Creation: Oversee the development of technical brochures, product catalogues, case studies, project portfolios, and digital media content.
Digital & Event Marketing: Manage the company’s website, search engine/social media channels, and organize trade show participation, industry expos, and technical seminars.
Competitor & Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging facade technology innovations in Maharashtra and pan-India markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with overall revenue goals.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in core marketing roles.
Industry Experience: Mandatory experience in the Facade / Architectural Envelope / Building Materials industry (specifically dealing with Glass, Windows, ACP, Structural Glazing, HPL, or related exterior building materials).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, architect/consultant relationship building, and real estate market sales cycles.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage).
Proficiency with CRM tools, digital marketing analytics, and presentation design tools.
