? Hiring: Marketing Lead / Head – MNC Pharma

? Location: Mumbai

? Experience: 10–15+ Years

? Industry: Pharmaceutical / MNC Pharma

We are looking for a strong Marketing Leader with a combination of strategic marketing depth, Sales/field orientation and strong execution capabilities .

? Key Requirements:

- Solid marketing acumen – market insights, segmentation, positioning & brand strategy
- Strong Sales/field exposure with an understanding of field realities

• Proven experience in launches, lifecycle & portfolio management

• Strong KOL connect , preferably with Neurologists/Psychiatrists

• CNS / Neurology / Psychiatry experience preferred

• Candidates from Oncology, Immunology or other Specialty/Super-specialty segments may also be considered

• Data-driven approach with exposure to IQVIA, Rx trends & competitive insights





- Strong commercial orientation – forecasting, A&P; ROI, pricing & profitability
- Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Medical & Market Access
- Strong people leadership and team-building capabilities
- Patient/customer-centric approach

? Education: Bachelor's degree (Science preferred, not mandatory) + Management degree/MBA

⚡ Important: Prior MNC Pharma experience is a must , preferably as a first MNC stint.
