Role Description This Marketing Intern role is an internship position based in Mumbai with a on site work arrangement, combining on-site activities. The intern will assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote sports training programs, events, and educational offerings.

Day-to-day tasks include supporting market research, helping create marketing materials and social media content, coordinating with external teams on campaigns, and assisting with basic sales and outreach activities. The role also involves engaging with prospective participants and partners,



gathering feedback from customers, and maintaining accurate records of marketing and customer interactions. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with participants, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development.
- Interest or basic experience in Sales and promotional activities within sports or related industries.
- Proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software, canva); familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for sports and willingness to learn and take initiative.
