Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our B2B Marketing & Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new B2B business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and promoting our products and services in the Pharma, Nutraceutical and Healthcare industry.

Freshers are welcome to apply if they have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads and identify potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Promote company products and services to B2B customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples and orders.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions and business activities.




- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm or relevant qualification preferred.
- Experience: 0–5 years in B2B Sales / Marketing / Business Development, preferably in the Pharma, Nutraceutical or Healthcare industry.
- Freshers with a strong interest and passion for sales & marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Candidates with existing B2B client-handling or pharma/healthcare market exposure will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
