We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead the company's overall marketing strategy and brand growth across real estate projects.
Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital and offline marketing strategies, project branding, lead generation, campaign management, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. The candidate should have strong exposure to the real estate industry and understand the complete property marketing lifecycle.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience & Skills
- 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Robust understanding of real estate marketing and lead generation.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and agencies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Good understanding of CRM, marketing analytics, and performance marketing tools.
Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should have:
- Prior experience with a real estate developer/builder.
- Experience handling end-to-end project marketing.
