Brickscraft is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing & Graphics Intern who can help us build a consistent and professional digital presence.

What You’ll Work On

- Create social media posts, carousels, stories and marketing creatives
- Design graphics and presentations using Canva

• Create and edit short-form videos/Reels for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content ideation, captions, scripts, blogs and marketing copy

- Assist in creating brochures, company profiles, project presentations and other marketing collateral
- Write and publish basic website/blog content with SEO fundamentals
- Maintain Brickscraft's social media content calendar
- Research construction, renovation, interiors and real-estate content trends
- Repurpose project photos/videos into engaging social media content
- Coordinate with the team to collect site updates, photos and videos for marketing

Skills We’re Looking For

Must Have:

• Good working knowledge of Canva

• Comfortable using ChatGPT / AI tools for marketing and content creation

- Video editing and Reel creation skills
- Positive written English and communication skills
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Strong visual sense — typography,



layouts, colours and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines

Good to Have:

• CapCut or similar video-editing tools

• WordPress / Go daddy Airo website content management

• Basic SEO knowledge

• Google Workspace

• Meta Business Suite

• Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools

• Previous internship, freelance work or personal portfolio in social media/graphic design

Who Should Apply?

Students or freshers from Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Business, Media or related fields are welcome. Formal experience is not mandatory, but a portfolio or samples of Canva designs, social media posts or Reels will be preferred.

What You’ll Learn

You’ll get hands-on exposure to marketing a growing design, construction and renovation company, including content creation, branding, AI-assisted marketing, social media and real-world project communication.
