Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns that showcase R3R’s corporate gifting and branding solutions, including coordinating promotional activities, assisting in content creation for digital and offline channels, and collaborating with sales to develop marketing materials.

The Marketing

Coordinator will help plan and execute events, manage project timelines and deliverables, and maintain accurate records of marketing initiatives and performance.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring market trends, and contributing ideas to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and present ideas clearly.
- Sales and client relationship skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and cross-functional collaboration with the sales team.
- Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize corporate events, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Writing skills for creating marketing copy, event collateral, and basic content for social media and promotional materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts, social media platforms, and MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience or internship in marketing coordination, events, or corporate gifting is an advantage.
