Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Interns to join our Property Management team. The intern will gain practical exposure to business development, client coordination, property-related activities, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist the Business Development team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.

 Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and prospective clients.

 Handle client enquiries and follow up with potential leads.

 Assist in property-related discussions and coordination.

 Support the team during property/site visits when required.

 Maintain and update client and property records.

 Assist with daily business development and sales activities.

 Build professional relationships with clients and property stakeholders.





 Prepare basic reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Eligibility

 Candidates currently pursuing their education or who have recently completed their education.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

 Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

 Freshers and candidates without prior experience are welcome.
