We are hiring – Market Researcher | Lessburn

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity with lessburn for the role of Market Researcher, based in Coimbatore. This position includes a 3-month probation period, providing an opportunity to understand the role, team, and work environment before moving forward with the next stage of employment.

Responsibilities:

- Build customized databases (Contact level and Decision Makers) as per client requirements
- Perform extensive research activities including List Research, List Building, Data Mining
- Data formatting, cleansing, standardization, de-duplication and case conversions
- Use search engines to research data about given entities
- Identify contact details such as job title, email, etc.
- Research industries, sectors and individuals using LinkedIn, Google and online databases
- Work on data related to mid to senior-level executives across the globe
- Understand and use research tools effectively
- Meet and exceed assigned productivity targets




- Maintain quality as per company standards
- Be internet savvy and comfortable using the web as a research tool
- Be a good team player with a positive work attitude

Candidate Profile:

- Freshers can apply (Final year students who are elegible to work 9 am to 6 pm also can apply for this role)
- Candidates with strong internet research skills preferred

Skills Required:

- Strong research and keyword search skills
- Ability to find innovative ways to source data
- Motivated, accurate, quick and dynamic
- Ability to work with strict targets
- Positive computer and internet knowledge
- IT Skills: MS Office, CRM and Web Research
