Marketing Executive – Real Estate Job Type: Full time Industry: Real Estate Location: Gurugram, Haryana : We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, generating leads, managing digital marketing activities, and supporting sales growth. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote residential and commercial properties through online and offline marketing.

Manage property listings on platforms such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Facebook and Instagram. Create and coordinate property advertisements, posts, reels and promotional content. Generate leads through social media, Meta Ads and other marketing channels.

Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads. Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, calls and social media. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. Maintain records of leads, campaigns and marketing activities.





Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. Visit project sites when required for promotional activities. RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

Knowledge of Meta Ads/Facebook & Instagram marketing will be an advantage. Basic computer skills. Freshers can apply; prior real estate/marketing experience is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month , depending on experience and skills, plus performance incentives .
