Role & responsibilities
- Research companies and identify potential clients with hiring requirements.
- Find Founders, HRs, and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
- Send connection requests and professional outreach messages.
- Follow up with prospects and generate recent business leads.
- Maintain lead data and track outreach activities.
- Coordinate with the team to convert leads into recruitment clients.
Preferred candidate profile
- A laptop, Wi-Fi, and an Android phone are a must.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Good research skills and a proactive attitude.
- Freshers/students from marketing, HR, BBA, or MBA can apply.
