Location: Hadapsar, Pune.

Experience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities as per production plan and targets.
- Manage manpower allocation, shift activities, and machine utilization.
- Ensure smooth operation of CNC, VMC, HMC and other machining processes.
- Monitor production output, quality, rejection, rework, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to SOP, Work Instructions, Control Plan and safety standards.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Stores departments.
- Identify production issues and take immediate corrective actions.
- Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with Maintenance for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper 5S, Kaizen, shop-floor discipline and housekeeping.
- Maintain production reports, shift handover reports, rejection reports, and other required records.




- Train and guide operators/setters on process and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and company quality procedures.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce rejection and downtime.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC operations.
- Manpower and shift management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and shop-floor control.
- Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM and quality systems.
- Good problem-solving and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
