Work Mode: Hybrid / WFO

:

- Perform manual testing of web and application-based products.
- Analyze requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and System Testing.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
- Participate in SIT/UAT and support release validation.
- Maintain test documentation and provide testing status/defect reports.
- Ensure application quality and compliance with defined testing standards.

Mandatory Skills:

- 3+ years of Manual Testing
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Test Case Design & Execution
- Defect Management / JIRA
- SDLC & STLC
- Good communication and analytical skills

Positive to Have:

- API Testing using Postman
- SQL / Database Testing
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Basic automation testing knowledge
