Role Description The Managing Director for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Canada. This position is responsible for overseeing Canada immigration consulting operations, setting strategic direction for market growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and mentoring consulting teams, monitoring compliance with Canadian immigration policies, and optimizing internal processes to improve client experience and outcomes.

The Managing

Director will develop partnerships, represent the organization in industry forums,



and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business development and brand positioning. The role also involves reviewing complex client cases, managing key accounts, and ensuring ethical, transparent, and client-centric practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Canadian immigration regulations, visa processes, and policy interpretation.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in consulting, legal, or professional services environments.
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
