Manager - Banking Transformation

About The Role We are seeking experienced banking transformation professionals to join our Business Consulting team. The role is focused on advising leading banks and financial institutions on business transformation initiatives, process re-engineering, operating model enhancement, and customer experience transformation.

We are specifically looking for professionals who have worked within Indian Banks and have led or contributed to transformation programs from a business and operations perspective, rather than purely technology implementation roles.

Education
- Full time MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines mandatory

Preferred Background

- Experience in Indian banks, banking consulting, Big 4 / Big 10 Consulting or financial services transformation
- Exposure to transformation projects involving liabilities, lending, or customer journey redesign
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business transformation and process re-engineering engagements for banks and financial institutions.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior banking stakeholders.




- Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across liabilities, lending operations, and customer experience journeys.
- Lead process redesign workshops and operating model transformation programs.
- Guide teams in conducting current-state assessments, future-state design, and business case development.
- Lead customer journey transformation initiatives focused on acquisition, onboarding, servicing, lending, and retention.
- Manage project governance, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor and develop consulting teams while contributing to practice growth and business development.
