Role Description The Manager (Risk Advisory Services) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves leading and executing risk advisory engagements, including process reviews, operational and compliance audits, and control assessments for clients, with a solid focus on automotive and related sectors.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing risk management frameworks, evaluating enterprise risks, and recommending practical control enhancements to improve governance and performance.





The manager will oversee project planning, manage client relationships, review work of junior team members, and prepare clear reports and presentations that communicate findings and action plans. The role also requires collaboration with internal and client stakeholders to monitor remediation efforts and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate processes, and identify risk areas and improvement opportunities;
- Experience in stakeholder management with proficiency in Auditing, with the ability to conduct operational, compliance, and technology-related reviews;
- Solid understanding of Finance and financial controls, including assessment of financial risks and performance indicators;
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field;
- Demonstrated experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or consulting, preferably with exposure to the automotive or retail sectors.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex issues in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at different levels.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, work independently, and meet deadlines in a client-facing environment.
