Role & responsibilities

Should ensure timely procurement of all required material, sourcing of all recent material needed for new & prestigious projects; be responsible for all import of aggregates & material needed. Implement vendor development, vendor evaluation & material audit. Be responsible for preparing material specifications & amenities, research work into new products & development.

Should be able to prepare MIS Reports, Purchase Bar Charts, Budgets, Cost Analysis and Reconciliation. Be well versed with all stores procedures. Should be able to oversee stores operations at remote locations. Be proficient in stores audit, stock taking and stock valuation.

Should have the ability in helping decide Material Master List. Should have ability of ERP implementation & presentation of all ERP Reports, manage work of Purchase dept. & all stores

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate, Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management / MBA preferred. He should have good verbal & written communication skills. He should be confident & be able to carry a good image. He should have good negotiation skills & be well versed in MS Office & other basic computer skills. Working knowledge of ERP will be preferred
