Jd Detailed Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations while ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs, KPIs and customer commitments.

Manage P2P processes including procurement support, purchase orders, invoice processing, exception management, vendor management and payment-related activities.

Ensure zero-surprise delivery through proactive monitoring of operational performance, risks and potential issues.

Drive delivery against financial, operational and business objectives.

Manage customer and stakeholder relationships through structured governance, performance reviews and regular communication.





Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, value creation and additional business within existing engagements.

Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations, invoice exceptions, process issues and operational challenges.

Drive P2P KPI metrics such as productivity, turnaround time, invoice accuracy, exception rate, SLA adherence and process efficiency.

Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, analytics and digital solutions across P2P processes.

Identify key cost drivers and implement initiatives for cost optimization and productivity improvement.

Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, policies and defined P2P process standards.

Plan resources based on transaction volumes, business requirements and available headcount.

Drive effective workforce utilization, capacity planning and responsibility allocation.

Conduct performance reviews and appraisals while driving individual and team performance.

Manage attrition through employee engagement, skip-level meetings and targeted retention initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement, standardization and process transformation across P2P operations.

Ensure effective pyramid optimization to improve productivity, cost efficiency and workforce effectiveness.
