Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager Modern Trade to lead and grow our Non-Pharma Supermarket business. The role is responsible for managing key supermarket accounts, driving sales growth, ensuring excellent in-store execution, and building strong relationships with modern trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow key Modern Trade (MT) supermarket accounts.
- Achieve account-wise sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Build solid relationships with category buyers, store teams, and regional stakeholders.
- Drive order planning, replenishment, product availability, and stock health across accounts.
- Execute promotions, visibility initiatives, merchandising, and in-store activations.
- Monitor sales performance, stock movement, fill rates, and account KPIs through regular reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective supermarket chains.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations,



Marketing, and Finance for seamless account execution.
- Prepare and present MIS, sales reports, business reviews, and forecast updates.

Key Accounts Exposure (Preferred)

Candidates with experience handling leading supermarket chains such as:

- D-Mart
- Reliance Retail
- More Retail
- Lulu Hypermarket
- SPAR
- Ratnadeep

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Management within FMCG, Nutrition, or Consumer Goods.
- Proven experience managing large supermarket chains and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, promotions, replenishment, and retail operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
