Roles & Responsibilities

- Take ownership of international API business development
- Develop new customers and convert opportunities into regular business
- Leverage existing overseas contacts to generate immediate export enquiries and orders
- Expand company’s presence in existing and current international markets
- Lead price negotiations and commercial discussions
- Develop distributors, agents and strategic business partners
- Manage key international accounts and strengthen repeat business
- Develop annual export sales plans and achieve aggressive growth targets
- Monitor market demand, competitor pricing and product opportunities
- Coordinate with Production, QA,



QC, Regulatory, Logistics and Finance for smooth order execution
- Represent company at international exhibitions and customer meetings
- Provide management with regular sales pipeline, market and business development MIS

Skills

- Should 5+ years of API export marketing experience
- Candidate should have an established overseas API customer/distributor network
- Can be able to generate new business independently
- Has a proven record of achieving export sales targets
- Should be confident in international price negotiations
- Able to understand API markets, customers and export procedures
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Should be able to independently lead international business development
