Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Export Sales & Business Development to develop new overseas customers and convert international business enquiries into confirmed orders for Coco Coir, Coco Peat and related products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and convert international business enquiries and qualified leads.
2. Communicate with overseas customers through email, phone, WhatsApp and online meetings.
3. Understand customer requirements, product specifications, quality standards and commercial expectations.
4. Prepare and coordinate quotations and commercial proposals with internal teams.
5. Follow up systematically with prospective customers from enquiry to order confirmation.
6. Conduct commercial discussions and negotiate within approved company guidelines.
7.



Address customer queries and objections to improve business conversion.
8. Identify decision-makers and build strong relationships with prospective international customers.
9. Generate new international leads through LinkedIn, B2B platforms, cold calling, market research and other channels.
10. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports on lead status and conversion.
11. Ensure smooth handover of confirmed customers and order details to the Traders Team.
12. Achieve new customer acquisition and business development objectives.

1. Strong international business development and sales skills.
2. Excellent English communication and business correspondence.
3. Robust negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
4. Good understanding of export business and international customers.
5. Ability to generate, develop and convert current business leads.
6. Strong customer relationship management skills.
7. Commercial awareness and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience Experience in Coco Coir, Coco Peat, Horticulture, Growing Media or Agro Products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
