Role & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, including financial reporting, monthly/quarterly/annual closing and finalization.

Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with Ind AS / Accounting Standards.

Handle statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit, including coordination with auditors and closure of audit observations.

Manage Real Estate / Project Accounting, including project costs, land acquisition, construction expenses, project profitability and project-wise budgets.

Handle investment accounting, portfolio reconciliation and investment MIS.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and Companies Act requirements.

Manage treasury, banking transactions, fund positioning, cash-flow planning and working capital.

Prepare monthly MIS,



management reports, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

CA / Chartered Accountant Mandatory

45 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.

Strong experience in financial reporting, audit, taxation, compliance and finalization.

Experience in Real Estate / Project Accounting will be preferred.

Robust knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax and Companies Act.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Strong analytical, reconciliation and MIS reporting skills.
