Business Development Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 3–5 Years | Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with hands-on EV/EV Charging Infrastructure experience to develop and execute EV Hub projects across Hyderabad and Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end EV Hub projects from lead generation, site identification and feasibility to implementation and commissioning.
- Develop partnerships with landowners, hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, fleet operators and businesses.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, ROI models and commercial plans.
- Coordinate with technical teams, EPC contractors, charger vendors and other project stakeholders.
- Develop local sales and marketing strategies to increase EV Hub adoption and revenue.
- Manage customer relationships, negotiations and project pipelines.

Requirements

- 3–5 years experience in EV, EV Charging, Renewable Energy, Automotive or Infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of AC/DC chargers and EV charging business models.
- Proven B2B Business Development/Sales experience.




- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing projects from concept to implementation.
- Strong local market knowledge and willingness to travel for site visits.
