Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager Accounts & Finance to oversee our financial operations, accounting compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day accounting function, ensure strict statutory compliance, drive financial strategy, and lead the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Operations

- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, maintaining accurate general ledgers and financial records.
- Review daily accounting transactions, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer billing.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS / Ind AS) and internal financial controls.

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).
- Prepare dynamic financial models to support business decisions, capital allocation, and expansion plans.
- Deliver monthly management information systems (MIS) reports to senior leadership.

1. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely filing and compliance for Direct Taxes (Income Tax, TDS) and Indirect Taxes (GST).
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax,



and transfer pricing audits with external auditors.
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary accounting policy adjustments.

1. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

- Manage working capital, cash flows, and liquidity requirements to optimize yield and mitigate risk.
- Maintain banking relationships, negotiate credit facilities, and manage forex exposure (if applicable).

1. Team Leadership & Governance

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the finance and accounting team.
- Establish and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and financial workflows.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in core accounting and finance functions

- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax Act, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Books) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
