MANAGER ACADEMIC OPERATIONS SUPPORT 3+ YEARS - MUMBAI

Crescendo Global has been exclusively mandated to hire a Manager Academic Operations Support for an organization looking for a strong academic operations qualified to strengthen process execution, data visibility and cross-functional coordination. This role will work closely with the Academic team and distributed regional/zonal teams to ensure that key academic initiatives are effectively implemented across the network. The ideal candidate should be strong in data analysis, process documentation, stakeholder management, MIS, dashboards and project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review and update academic policies, SOPs, formats and process documents to ensure they remain relevant and execution-friendly.
2. Support the digitisation of academic processes to improve transparency, tracking and execution

. 3. Coordinate with zonal and regional teams to collect, consolidate and validate data from the ground.
1. Analyse academic and operational data to identify trends, gaps and areas requiring intervention.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Technology, HR, Training,



Content and Business to support and prioritise academic requirements and initiatives.
3. Track key academic projects, action items and timelines and support their implementation and closure across the network.
4. Prepare MIS, dashboards, presentations and periodic reports to support academic reviews and management decision-making.
5. Ensure strong follow-through on key initiatives and maintain visibility of pending actions, timelines and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 4-7 years of experience in academic operations, education or business operations.
2. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
3. Good understanding of process documentation, SOPs and process digitisation.
4. Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
5. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data/dashboard tools.
6. Excellent communication, follow-through and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
8. Experience working with distributed or regional teams will be valuable.
